The remains of one of the animatronic ET puppets. Many of the 13 E.T models used in the film, including mechanical puppets, costumes, and a head designed for close-ups, had disintegrated almost beyond repair when they were unpacked from storage crates in 2018, where the majority had been kept since the film wrapped. #et #etpuppet
