⌗🪼 Okay so basically since Kurogiri is a nomu made from Oboro's corpse, when shinsou and izumi's mom had them Kurogiri/shigiraki paid her and threatened her for Izumi she took it up because she didn't know what they would do to her. Izumi was originally born with stellar field (developes later) but was given Kurogiri's dna to cause her develope her quirk "void" which is similar to warp gate and she developes it before stellar field. Izumi being infused with some of Kurogiri's dna it causes her to be part nomu but it isn't that important to her dna. As Izumi grew up, Shigiraki and Kurogiri used her for evil, causing her to be part of the LOV. Izumi hated it, she hated her life, she didn't want to be a villian, she didn't want to use her quirks for evil. Soon Izumi ran away from the LOV and soon thats when Eraser head (Aizawa) found her and took her into his own hands (not happy about it) a couple years later she had found out she had a brother and a whole family, she was always a curious kid so her trying to figure out who her mom and brother were peaked her curiousity.
