When I’m working with my Strong AF girls we don’t restrict the foods they love because you can simply reduce it, still enjoy it and build your dream body.
Instead we give our bodies the nutrients it needs, do exercise we enjoy, support each other and find a way of eating the foods we love without sabotaging our results 🙌🏻
We call it the Strong AF method because we’re all here to get physically and mentally Strong As Fuck 💪🏻✨
