🎄🦃 Happy #Thanksgiving to all our students from the USA. Current student Jane from Utah tells us about her journey to UU! "In August 2021 I decided to study abroad in Derry~Londonderry. I spent hours researching housing, courses, visa information, international banking, and health insurance. A month before I was supposed to fly out, international travel was banned. However, some of my family had booked flights to visit me during spring break. Instead of refunding the tickets since I wasn’t living in Ireland, I decided to join them! It was incredible to tour my future campus and familiarize myself with the city. I’ve finally made it to Ulster University this fall and am studying Marketing at Magee. Studying abroad takes preparation and commitment which is why I’m so grateful to my parents and university resources that have been so supportive and helpful during the process!" #UUBelieves #WeAreUU #GoGlobal
