Day 7 of my Thanksgiving Series... Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots🥕 These are soooo good and so easy to make!!! Goat cheese is optional if you’re a hater. Ingredients: • 2 lbs whole carrots • 4 tbsp melted butter • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1/3 cup brown sugar • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp pepper • small log of goat cheese (optional) • parsley Preheat your oven to 425°F. Peel your carrots and cut them at a diagonal. I had to cut the bigger carrots in half lengthwise or fourths, and then the skinnier carrots I just left whole. Doesn’t need to be perfect! Set them aside in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, olive oil, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Stir and pour that over the carrots. Mix. Pour the carrots on a cookie sheet and space them out. Bake for 20 min then pull it out and stir them around a little. Put them back in and bake for another 10ish minutes. Once you pull it out, stir it around to get them fully coated in the yummy goodness, then pour it onto your platter before it starts sticking to the pan!
