We hope you will join us at the first Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund Benefit Wednesday, September 14th at Chelsea Market! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Anne was a dear friend to our family of restaurants (@themarlowcollective) and did so much to promote rural communities in the Northeast, all while introducing us to the best American cheeses through her shop Saxelby Cheesemongers. After she passed away last October, her family and friends started a Fund to bring young adults onto farms for monthlong apprenticeships similar to the ones Anne embarked on when she was in her 20s. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Funds from the Benefit will go to support future apprenticeships.
