There are people who come into your life, unexpectedly at times, and just leave you with so much more than you had before you encountered them. Chef Nicholas was one of those people. His knowledge and dedication to his craft were inspiring to me and he gave me and those he touched so much. I’m excited to return to the Gingerbread competition at @omnigrovepark this year, but I think all of us will be missing his shining star that has been guiding that event and everyone involved in it for nearly 30 years. Rest easy my dear friend, you will be missed. 😇
