Tuesday Tip! So one of you asked me to show you how to roll over the toes. This is a little drill that I love to practice to get comfortable flipping over the feet. It is a very, surprisingly great way to strengthen your core as well. Put your hands on blocks if you need to. Now the trick to rolling over the toes from chaturanga to upward facing dog is just to slightly press back before you go forward. Give it a go; and tag a friend who could use this.
