Had an amazing dinner last weekend with @carolerikaiida from the super talented chef Minh Phan and her amazing team at their exciting new pop-up (hopefully permanent restaurant), #phenakite. The work showcases Chef Minh’s skill that she often hides underneath her humble attitude.
