One of my favorite things to meal prep ahead of a busy week that’s high in protein, iron and *so* simple to make! INGREDIENTS 1 block extra firm tofu (press out excess water) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt TO MAKE Toss all ingredients together at cook at 400F in an air fryer for 15-20 minutes or 450F in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping once.
