feliz dia do “não posso sair, tenho treino cedo” acordar 5 da manhã abrir mão de vida social 2-3 treinos por dia sacrifícios, trabalho duro, suor ⚔️⏳🔋💪🏽 todo mundo que é atleta sabe bem dessa parte “menos glamourosa” que muita gente não conhece... mas quem nunca se emocionou ao conquistar seus objetivos e subir no pódio, e olhar pra trás e ver que tudo valeu a pena? 💫 ser atleta é passar perrengue, é desafiar seus limites todos os dias, é viver na pressão, é se dedicar de corpo e de alma, é viver numa montanha russa de emoções! mas a recompensa, quando vem... às vezes ela demora, mas não tem sentimento melhor do que ser carregada na praia, levantar a bandeira do meu país, incentivar pessoas a acreditarem em si mesmas e levarem um estilo de vida saudável🙏🏽 Eu não trocaria essa vida por nada! FELIZ DIA DO ATLETA 🤍 Happy athlete’s day! Sacrifices, hard work, a lot of tears, sweat and blood into this way of life that pursuits your best self everyday... that pushes your limits, make you feel uncomfortable, but the same way of living can make you feel on top of the world, it shows that your faith + hard work can take you anywhere you want, can inspire people to live a healthier lifestyle and to believe in themselves. Nothing beats the feeling of being chaired up at the beach, fly your country’s flag high, be congratulated by little kids. That shows that all hard work, dedication and discipline eventually pays off 🙏🏽 and I’d go through it over and over again! I wouldn’t change this way of living for nothing. 🤍
