🔥SMOKED CHILE COLORADO🔥 looks like we’re in for a cold and wet one this weekend, but that ain’t gonna stop us. we have decided to turn our Barbecue Saturday service into a cold weather comfort menu surrounding our signature Smoked Chile Colorado. Instead of offering the full Barbecue menu, we will have our Smoked Chile Colorado available along with Red Rice, Fennel-Jalapeño Slaw, Hand-Made Flour Tortillas, Smoked Chocolate-Ancho-Almond Cookies, and our Signature Sauces. We will have these items available on Saturday for both walk ups and preorder for Saturday as a bundle meal and/or a la carte options.
