here’s why & how I reintroduced animal products back into my diet after dealing with a series of health issues, every health professional I worked with suggested I reintroduce animal products after not eating meat for 10 years and being fully plant-based for 7 I started with cooked salmon and very, very slowly introduced other types of fish, then eggs and dairy. I felt amazing. My brain fog lifted almost overnight, and my body responded really well to the food. this was in 2021. two years ago, I slowly started adding in beef, chicken, etc. it’s helped with so many symptoms I was experiencing.....low iron, feeling cold all the time, hormonal issues, blood sugar crashes after meals and honestly, I can’t believe I went so long feeling like crap
