Recipe: Pie Crust: 1.5C AP Flour Pinch of Salt 1/2c lard 3-5 TBSP cold water Put lard and water in fridge 30-45 mins before cooking you want them COLD Mix flour and salt then add in lard Add water to form into a dough Mold into a disc and wrap in plastic wrap and put in fridge for 30 mins.
