We are super proud to announce that, in the beginning of July, we hosted the phygital e-ceremony for the 22 participants of our Virtual Retail Coaching Program, one of Sephora University EME’s strategic programs for 2023. 🤩 The program was aimed at equipping participants (Training Leaders, Commercial Leaders and HRBPs) with the most modern retail coaching tools, so that they can coach and support our Sephora Store population to reach their potential and meet their performance goals. All those who took part approached their coaching missions with enthusiasm, skill and dedication, and, in completing them successfully, proved themselves to be Sephora Retail coaching experts! This was the second generation of virtual coaching participants to graduate in the presence of our EME HRD Emmanuelle GRETH and our HR Director One Europe, Sophie AGUERA, and virtual support from many others, with powerful video messages from our President Sephora EME, Sylvie MOREAU; our General Manager One Europe, Marie Christine MARCHIVES, and our country management. Thank you to our Lead Coach Rebecca HEFTER, our external coaches, and our internal coach Sophie! A special mention for program mentors Martine, Nicole, Monika, Lucie and Marine. 🙂 BRAVO again to our 22 participants for their dedication and smart work over the 4 last months! 👏 At Sephora University, every moment is a coaching moment!
