One of my favorite memories of touring over the years is from a Kansas City show in 2008- This particular day we opened for @sherylcrow at the Starlight Theater- it was a beautiful night and a killer concert. Long after the last note rang out we were all crammed onto our tour bus winding down when the heavens cracked open and it began raining in a way you only see once every few years- or kind of never if you live in The Pacific Northwest. So obviously we scrambled to throw on our swim trunks, gym shorts, Australian flag speedo‘s and took a victory lap through the otherwise empty venue. I can’t remember if we’ve been back to the Starlight in the last 15 years, but I’m looking forward to being there again tomorrow to make some new memories and help spread some much needed love. Please note I can’t promise I won’t be wearing a Speedo for the show-🤘❤️
