♥︎ WHOLE MILK IS OUT 😳 ♥︎ I can’t believe you’re about to hear this song honestly...While writing this album I knew I had to write songs that reflected the lows of my journey, because I had been experiencing them in new ways that I’d never imagined. I tried to write from a place of growth and groundedness while still being able to acknowledge the true fears and thoughts about myself that I find to be negative but sometimes hard to undo without affirming myself of the truth.
