The Aussie in me has a PASSION for avocado toast 🥑... so I wanted to share a few ways to take your brekkie to the next level. . . Start with your fav fresh bread, I used @erewhonmarket tartine country bread. Drizzle olive oil and bake for 5-8mins, flipping halfway through. Add the star of the show (“avo” aka avocado) then jazz it up with the below toppings.. *salt & pepper to taste :) . . A. 🍅 Caprese: mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil & balsamic glaze. B. 🐟 Lox: wild-caught lox, dill & pickled red onions. *capers go great with this one too! C. 🍋 Zesty-lemon: @kitehillfoods whipped ricotta, lemon, lemon zest, olive oil & fresh basil. . . Enjoy!! *I recommend using local, fresh & organic products wherever you can. Trust me on this one, your body knows the difference! Get friendly with your local farmers market ☺️
