Gochujang flavoured Onigiri, yes please 😮‍💨 oh and they’re filled with a yummy tuna Mayo thang 🔥 Onigiri is a wonderful Japanese food made from sushi rice that’s formed into a triangular shape and can be filled with all kinds of tasty ingredients. I also loooove Gochujang which is a fermented red chilli paste used in Korean cuisine. It’s got a beautiful sweetness and a cracking colour, so I thought why not combine the two and see if it works. Andddd it does!
