For AW22, Farah draws inspiration from the children of Windrush; a new generation of British-born Jamaicans with their uniquely created subculture and sounds; the fusion of traditional reggae with modern romantic rhythm. Together with photographer John Goto, the series of portraits entitled ‘Lovers Rock’ depicting young, British African-Caribbean’s at a Blues Dance in a South London Youth Centre in 1977, as well as delving into our very own Farah archive, expect a collection bursting with spirit, style and soul –––– Link in Bio to see the collection.
