@jet2pics becomes a flying angel as a glory appeared around our plane’s shadow on descent into @gla_airport the other day. @cloudappsoc Before air travel these were rarely seen, and mainly by those on hills or mountains above the clouds. In more superstitious times, some thought this meant they were special or chosen by God as it looked like a halo had been placed around their head. Next time you’re on a plane, look out for it.
