Intimate Skincare Care// Washes & more ⁣ ⁣ Contrary to current skincare trends, unless using a particular cleansing product for the convenience they afford especially during periods or other skin conditions like HS, etc, you don’t necessarily need a “special wash” or other fancy cleansing products for your intimate care.⁣ ⁣ Lukewarm water is still one of the best ways to clean without destabilizing the community of healthy microbes down there. So don’t feel bad if not using a special wash and certainly don’t use them for the sake of using them unless advised by your doctor. Definitely pay attention to things like fragrances, glycerine, soaps & other preservatives that may be irritating sensitive skin down there.
