Here’s a #tbt from April 2021. I use to do a thing called Cocktail Roulette ~ the crowd sourced cocktail chosen from a multiple choice list of ingredients via IG story polls. For this one y’all choose some great options. Mezcal, Campari/Apertivo, Yellow Chartreuse, and for the 2 wildcards 1/4 oz Banana Liqueur and a coconut fat washed main spirit. The spec was pretty straight forward to create. As a creature of habit & general rule of thumb I stick to 3oz for a stirred all booze cocktail aka Spirit & Spoon. I would of never thought of this combo, so thanks! And while sometimes they’re more challenging, they always get me into a creative mindset. SPANISH KEY 1.5 oz 🥥Mezcal 1 oz Cappelletti Aperitivo 1/4 oz Tempus Banana 🍌 1/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse Grapefruit Twist & Pinch of Sea Salt 📸 : Shot on my Canon R6 with a 24mm at f/1.4. Definitely shot solo with one hand while the other holds the cocktail. Definitely was into the blown out background, still love but if shot today with open it up to f/2-2.8. Should I bring back Cocktail Roulette?
