Egg coffee originated in Hanoi, Vietnam, but can be found at Vietnamese cafes and coffee spots such as @airomacafe! Egg coffee or ca phe trung is coffee topped with a frothy mixture of egg yolk, condense milk and sugar. It’s pretty much a frothy custard! So good and definitely worth a try!
