Birthday 🥳 Behavior~ This is 38 🔥🔥So very blessed and thankful for this season in my life. Started off this morning with a kiss from my lover @drtartt and babies. * * * Prayed and Listened to Joel Osteen @joelosteen podcast on the way in to the gym. The message was very timely about the importance of association and who you allow into your life...the importance of positive people...people who push you...speak life into you and believe in you. He spoke about how in order to achieve what you’ve never achieved before you have to surround yourself with friends that are already where you want to be. * * * Roc’s @rocshabazz bday present to me was a crazy workout in the gym. I would have not expected anything less. Gina @ginamalexander said I needed extra credit and gave me some serious work too. Listen you cannot grow in a place of comfort. * * * I love being transparent because I know it helps others...When I walked into the hospital to deliver Christian I was 193...I lost 20lbs quickly with breastfeeding which put me at 173 when I started back workout out with Roc. I’m now at 163!! I have 18lbs to go...this is my bday present to myself ❤️❤️...hitting my goals ... accomplishing my dreams...and living a life of gratitude. 38 feels good and this is my journey to being the healthiest version of me.
