I know mint in food is somewhat controversial, with consumers often likening the taste of mint flavoured anything to that of toothpaste. But, I freaking love it. From the fresh mint in my tea, to the artificial mint in a scoop of bright green mint chocolate chip ice cream, I'm a fan. I seek it out. So in my mind, this Mint Aero Pudding is one of the best desserts out there. It's rich af, it's decadent, and it's so so soooo easy; I whipped up 6 of these in 15 minutes.
