Small win of the week I did handstand push ups in a workout for the first time ☺️ I had a really bad chest infection for a month and classically thought the best thing to do was outtrain it - can confirm it wasn’t Did knock my confidence bc I wasn’t lifting as heavy as usual and everything felt shit But I took a rest on holiday and coincidentally that helped So thought I’d ease myself back in with a lil go at JT having never done more than 4 hspu at a time (fooooking smashed it tho :)) JT (for time) 21-15-9 Handstand push-ups Ring dips Push-ups Wearing my fav Whitney set EVER 💜 @gymshark #ad
