I have 2 best days of my life. Today is one of them. May 4,2007 at 8:01am I met Scarlett. Got to hold her for about 30 seconds before they took her up to neonatal ICU. She was having trouble breathing on her own. Nothing to worry about the doctors said. That was the first time in my life I told God I’d happily trade places if She’d just be ok. 18hrs later I was holding her in my arms and feeding her her first bottle. No doubt in my mind I learned a lot about love that day. And every single day since. Happy birthday @scarlettsouray 🎂🎉🎁 Love you so much 🐻
