#DemiLovato dropped their rocking new single #Substance on Friday (July 15), and it arrived with a dazzling punk video, oozing with DGAF energy. "Am I the only one looking for substance," they sing in its catchy chorus. "Got high, it only left me lonely and loveless." Sporting a black bob, its video finds Demi giving a middle finger to everyone — from execs at a record label, to rude patrons at a diner, to superficial body standards. The visual is also rife with hilarious cameos including #ParisHilton, who helps them blow up a red carpet, and iconic Demi Lovato drag queen @demetriacherry, who appears as their waitress in a diner scene. The track is our latest taste of Demi's return to their rock roots, and it's set to appear on their new album #HolyFvck, due out August 19.
