i kept hearing that flight attendants are cracking down on the seat extenders anyway so i just decided to do this instead and it worked perfectly!! i packed an old swaddle in our carry on, tied a big knot on two corners and tucked inside the tray table. then i tucked the other side into her seat edges as tight as i could! any blanket or fabric you already have would work! she seemed so cozy, flight attendants had no issues with it and i even got compliments for being a genius 💁‍♀️ it wasn’t my idea but sure i’ll take it!! ps this only works until they have a tantrum! if they go crazy in their seat you’ll have to retuck it lol #kidstravel #kidstraveltips blanket hack for toddler airplane travel, footrest hammock hack for kids
