Revving up my motor for what’s to come this fall (always while accessorizing my yoga teacher uniform to be city chic) I have a few big opportunities to speak about my breast cancer journey on the horizon and I couldn’t be more excited. I am finding myself being pulled more to advocacy and motivational speaking than yoga as of late. I’ve taught for over a decade and love what I do dearly, but I’m feeling a shift in the air (and it’s not just the impending fall breeze). Just as I transitioned from Broadway to being an entrepreneur, I’m sitting with all of it and listening deeply before I leap. Planting little seeds along the way to channel my inner Esther Perel Shifts don’t happen overnight, you live your way into them. So for now, I’m in every moment fully, teaching all of my clients, and writing speeches and books in my sleep.
