🌿 I make my vegetarian stuffing (with delicata & brussels 😋) on a sheet pan because 1. the caramelized, roasted bits are delicious and 2. so easy to make AND clean up. 💫 The toasted bread and veggies are tossed in a maple apple cider vinaigrette that includes the roasted garlic from the sheet pan.
