Okay, I’ve been testing out the @Loka for about a week now — it was gifted to me, and since so many of you told me you invested in their Kickstarter, I wanted to share my honest thoughts. It really does what it promises. No boil overs and no messy stovetop. The chai tastes just like when I make it in my saucepan, and I like that you can use any chai blend you want. It is also really easy to use: add tea, water, and mil,k and let it go. On the flip side, it only makes three cups max, it is a bit finicky to clean, and at $139, it is definitely a splurge for something that only makes chai. Overall it is a solid pot with no mess, good chai, and easy to use. Whether it is worth the price depends on how much you value convenience!
