major CMY energy with this one. my paintings begin with quotes from appropriated photos that I remix on digital interfaces - all of this happens in a RGB colorspace. in part, my paintings are always addressing the unstable and imperfect proposition of translating between the additive and subtractive color spectrum. I’m aiming to graft some of the specific strangeness of the relationship between imagination, embodiment, and desire - through a trans masc lens - onto this address.
