Get more out of your week ahead by habit stacking. When you make a task easy the likelihood of you doing it goes up by 400% (totally made up that stat, but it would go up by a lot!). When you write down what you what to get done and what you you’ve always wanted to do, you’ll realise it’s actually easier than you realised. These are a few of my daily rituals.
