Chicken fajita rice bowl. We used to have fajitas as a weekly staple, but not made them in ages. Tonight switched to brown rice instead of tortilla wraps as it was dinner for one and bowl food was what I fancied. It was good, but I only had extra hot chilli powder when making my fajita spicing and I underestimated how hot it was!
