Happy last day of summer break (for us it is anyway!) Sharing with you a shoot I got to come along for as part of a wonderful mentorship with @clarin__j this summer. I loved every part of it—the meet-up chats in the @nownowspace with Clarin, the drive and singing on the way out to the canola fields, securing that ladder perspectives 🤣, seeing another’s process and creative direction, and of course working with the gorgeous model (@_chretienne_!) wearing all the fun pieces from @pansyco! … As I’ve been shifting my business to focus on brands and families with more intention, the camaraderie of fellow photogs has been soooo important to me. You need the nudges. You need the focus and reminders of where you’re headed. You need the sounding boards! Spokane is so lucky to have cultivated such a generous culture amongst its artists and business owners. I love what is here and where it’s all going.
