Late night dojo work. My workouts usually go on the back burner during the off-season summer months. Now that things are winding down, getting back into it. Had some fun with this combo. Working on building strength in those low positions with the holds (15 secs), then dropping into similar position from a higher height. Doing my best to stay athletic into my 40s 🤣
