While beginning to sort through a bulk bin of LEGO, I came across a chunk of half assembled bricks, obviously belonging to a once fully constructed set. Using Bricklink, I researched the printed 1x3 wooden plank tiles, which currently cost around $0.35 each, as they were only produced in four LEGO sets, including the LEGO Junior’s Jay’s Electro Mech (71740) from the Ninjago Lecacy theme, revealing that this vehicle is what remains of Eyezor’s car. Continuing to dig through the box of pieces, I also found a mohawk hair piece, belonging to the villain’s Minifigure, and the spinning cannon that fits on top, so I was able to partially reconstruct the model. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any parts for the primary blue mech build, so it’ll have to remain incomplete for now. This set is still available on store shelves, for $19.99, so I was quite surprised to find it’s remnants in a bin primarily consisting of older LEGO parts. What LEGO mysteries will Secret Agent Matt solve next?... #lego #foryourpage #xyzbca
