I don’t have the answers, but I do know that the answer isn’t more guns. I don’t have the answers, but I do know my wife shouldn’t wake up with anxiety that today might be the day that she and her students become victims. I don’t have the answers, but I do know I can’t keep watching parents outlive their children because of gun violence—the leading cause of death for children in the United States. I don’t have the answers, but I do have a voice. And I’m using that voice to tell you that it’s okay to not have the answers—but it is not okay to not act anymore.
