Having Fun on Friday! Getting those Fingers, Hands, Wrist & Forearms conditioned & Strong like Popeye ! So Today we Did :30 Seconds of Each Movement. Movements 1st Alternate Dig (Spread Fingers and Jab hands deep into the RICE ๐ŸŒพ then Grab a handful, Squeeze and your wrist!) 2nd Move Turn The Door ๐Ÿšช Knob Clockwise 3rd Movement Turn The Door Knob Counter Clockwise 4th Movement Dig & Extend Fingers & Extension of wrist (Spread Fingers, Jab into RICE ๐Ÿš deep and Extend wrist up) 5th & Final Movement Dig Deep to Bottom of Bucket ! So then From Here it Gets Very Difficult! 1. Pick a song someone knows & knows the words to it. 2. Choose the line thatโ€™s sang later in the song!
