📍Ji Rong Peking Duck • Rosemead, CA Ji Rong has been on my Yelp bookmarks for so long, and I finally got to try it for my birthday lunch 🥰 Peking duck has always been one of my favorite dishes at Asian weddings (right next to walnut shrimp ofc 😋). It’s typically served with steamed bun/thin pancakes, cucumbers, green onion and a sweet bean sauce. My favorite part is the crispy texture from the skin! It’s delicious with the sweetness from the sauce and freshness from the cucumber. The dish is definitely on the pricey side, so if you’re looking to treat yourself to some good food, Ji Rong is where its at!
