This is not today. This is one of my favourite looks. I’m a simple person. I’m a bit busy to take the time out to create content and that’s ok. I don’t stress about it. There is enough stress bubbling up with real life. We had a lovely party for Nancy, I’m ploughing on with gift shopping and I’m fitting in regular training sessions with Zana. I’m off out on the town on Saturday with my oldest friend and will probably wear a variation of this very look. I think some snazzy boots, glitzy earrings & a fun bag will liven it up enough. All the decorations are up and now I have all the glamour of washing the bedding plus my final appointment with my physio. The bottom line is I’m feeling heaps better and all the details are on my ‘Health Plan’ highlight. Many query doing this sort of stuff at this time of year. It’s a fair comment but I’d hit that wall and was spiralling 🌀 into a continual low mood. For me, it’s working perfectly. Most importantly I’m feeling virtually no menopausal symptoms plus no hunger pangs!!! I can also see an improvement in my skin and my mood. Interestingly the inflammation around my knee (I underwent an arthroscopic surgery 7 weeks ago) is virtually gone. These jeans fit me again. 3 weeks, that’s all it takes. 👊🏼 There are some wonderful podcasts and videos by the very lovely @lizearleme in conversation with Zana. I’d advise you to check them out. I learnt a lot and I could get straight down to business with my training plan. Helped by @zana_morris & @strongnutrients (Not an AD but I’m gaining training and nutritional advice without charge. I’m so grateful. It’s the best Christmas present 🎁 ever.
