I remember when I started @corygfitness workouts. Always skipped the pull-ups. I have never been able to do a pull-up. Got sick of not being able to do them. So I started with a resistance band helping me to get up and slowly let down. Now I’m doing 10 sets 2-4 reps of pull-ups and 10 sets 2-5 reps chin ups a day and plan on increasing as the weeks go by.
