Challenging mind, body & spirit during this climb. Moments when I began to cry and shake from fear. Wind 🌬 the fullest & so powerful. So close to the edge having to completely trust myself, and believe that ground underneath was supporting me. Once my husband reminded me to speak kindly to myself. I began to thank the things, I was expressing fear from.. So here is your reminder to always find something to be proud about in yourself, give gratitude your body, to your mind. Love & Trust that you are one with all♥️ just keep climbing
