✔️ GRUB RECIPE: RICOTTA BOARD 🤌 Drop the butter, pick up the ricotta. Had to add a little Italian-American spin to that butter board trend by subbing it out with ricotta: Lighter, tastier and such a better pairing for all those added ingredients people were tossing on those boards. Full recipe below! 🍁 Side Note: This would be a super cool addition to any Friendsgiving / Thanksgiving table. Just make sure it’s chilled real well before transporting. 📌 SWEET POTATO RICOTTA WHIP 1️⃣ In a large bowl, add in two heaping cups of whole milk ricotta (strain if watery). 2️⃣ Add in 3-4 tablespoons of sweet potato purée. 3️⃣ Add in 2-3 heaping tablespoons of honey 4️⃣ Sprinkle with cinnamon 5️⃣ Mix until well blended and then refrigerate until firm. 📌 SWEET & SPICY RICOTTA WHIP 1️⃣ In a large bowl add in two heaping cups of whole milk ricotta (strain if watery) 2️⃣ Add in 2 tablespoons of chili oil crunch (I used @MomofukuGoods black truffle version) 3️⃣ Add in 2-3 heaping tablespoons orange honey 4️⃣ Mix until well blended and then refrigerate until firm. 📌 BUILDING THE RICOTTA BOARD 1️⃣ Make strips of each ricotta whip to fully cover the board 2️⃣ Crush pistachios and sprinkle across board. 3️⃣ Add dollops of apricot jam to the spicy mix and dollops of strawberry jam to the sweet potato side. 4️⃣ Add raspberries, hand shredded basil and thinly sliced orange throughout the board. 5️⃣ Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. 6️⃣ Dip with high quality crackers. 7️⃣ ENJOY! 👉 Feel free to add your own special touches here.
