We’re continuing our mission to get our boys eating REAL food and slowly weaning off the ultra-processed bars and snacks that have taken over our pantry (and kids’ diets in general 😓).
This journey is about inspiring as many kids and families to eat a little healthier. We’re not aiming for perfection, just small wins over time to make a big difference.

So here we go—Day 2! Today’s Mac & Cheese Sauce is:
💪 25g of protein per serving (without adding meat!)
🍝 low in carbs, low in fat, high in comfort
🧀 packed with real ingredients (like cottage cheese, cheddar & milk)
🚫 ZERO weird additives, ultra-processed powders, or junk
ALL FOUR BOYS LOVED IT (even the picky one 🙌)
Honestly, I thought this one might flop (we’re talking about cottage cheese here), but miraculously our kids could not tell the difference between this and your standard zero nutrition mac and cheese!
