All smiles in the kitchen w @bridgetownroti Back in the day I moved from CA to the Caribbean Islands, around 2009 and what an experience that was! Carnival, liming, island hopping... what a vibe. I took my very first exec chef job there and I remember fishermen would offer their daily catch of pristine seafood... conch, red snapper, spiny lobster.. and I was really into learning about and eating lots of roti, which brought back some fond memories while cooking in the kitchen w Chef Rashida Holmes! #thankyou for the delicious memories 🙏🏾
