Rang in 29 with my first Major (in the Midwest 🤭🫶🏻) surrounded by the people I love and THATS on perfection. Training and running with @jheatho and @_sammm_jones was everything — inspiring, hilarious, painful, and fulfilling. I owe a lot to @coachcorkyruns and her incredible training plan — my PR, my ability to run through the pain cave, etc but what I’m most grateful for is to have a coach who cares about me and my body and my health more than anything else. She’s an icon, a legend, and the moment. Thank you so much to @westin and @chrisheuisler for making this weekend so amazing. Chris is like a motivational billboard in human form whose wisdom and humor prevented many emotional breakdowns and meeting you IRL was fantastic! Lastly if you made it this far you deserve a medal but @up_ben_over is the most incredible support system and having him at these things, waking up at dawn and running between miles to find me is the most special thing. Also having my best friends @cullenormond @hithisistess text me literally the second I crossed finish was something I’ll never forget. Marathons are hard as hell. Training is harder. Onto the next one 🫡
