After a week off anything bob related I’m looking forward to some good old pushing tomorrow! (Even if I have just seen the weather forecast 🥲) This was my first year of pushing a mono bob, slightly different technique to brakeman pushing and obviously when you hop in you gotta drive that thing 🤪Most people don’t realise that every sled has a minimum and maximum weight it can be.. and my tiny butt has to add in an extra 12.5kg (basically the weight of 2 Mike Wazowski’s 🐱) to my sled🤣 That’s why I’m so happy that I’ve been starting races so well this year! 🏃🏾‍♀️ and I’ll keep working hard to make that weight in the sled smaller and smaller 💪🏽🫡 #mirafit #bobsleigh #pushingmyluck #push #power #speed #sprints #girlswholift #sprinting #wintersport #newchallenge #olympian #dontgiveup
